We will normally despatch your product within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment for your order.
Standard 2nd class service to UK destinations will be 2-3 working days, using the Royal Mail.
Standard 1st Class service to UK destinations will 1-2 working days, using the Royal Mail.
We offer a Next Day Courier Service at check out, and a Saturday delivery service. For this we use APC couriers.

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However if there is any reason for you to return the product which you have purchased from us then you have the right to cancel the purchase within 7 days from date of receipt of your coffee.
If there is a fault with the product then we will refund the cost of the product to you once it has been returned to us, along with the cost of delivery.
In the case of exchanges then we will be happy to exchange the product for you once it has been received back with us. Please note that we will not refund the cost of delivery to return the product to us.
How Do I make Changes to my Subscription
To Make changes, simply log in to your account, and you will be able to make any changes needed to your subscription.
Christmas Deliveries and Opening Hours 2017
Our last day for deliveries is Thursday 21st December, for all orders placed before 3pm, so please select either next day delivey, or Royal Mail 1st Class postage to ensure delivery before Christmas.
Please note that we will close for the Christmas Holiday on Friday 22nd December at 12.00pm,
and will re-open on Tuesday 2nd January 2017 at 9.00am.
Any orders placed during this period will be processed upon our return.
